I have been training with Shek for a couple of months now starting as a novice boxer (still am!). My goal was to learn the correct technique(s) of boxing whilst getting a good cardio workout. Although I am still on my journey, I feel that I have had both from my training sessions with Shek. Shek has been incredibly patient and has taken the time to show me the correct ‘moves’….I certainly feel like I have come a long way and I plan to continue this new journey.
